This island is primarily a commercial and social center, boasting the largest port in the First Sea, with six docks ready to accommodate your seafaring needs. In the central courtyard, surrounded by 13 buildings, players can find a fountain where the formidable raid boss, The Saw, occasionally spawns.
Players can embark on The Son Quest for the Dark Blade Slayer Skin here, and it's also the jumping-off point to the Second Sea via the Experienced Captain after defeating the Ice Admiral.
Middle Town features unique domed architecture, making it the only place in the game with this style.
