Overview
Instinct, previously known as Observation, is a crucial skill in Blox Fruits that empowers players to dodge specific incoming attacks and gain vision through solid surfaces. This ability is not only vital for survival in intense battles but also offers a strategic edge, allowing players to anticipate enemy movements.
By upgrading to Instinct V2 through completing quests and gaining experience, players can enhance their dodging capabilities. This mechanic is a must-have for anyone looking to excel in both PvP and PvE scenarios, providing a deeper layer of strategy to the gameplay.
Instinct highlights enemies and allies in different colors, giving you a tactical advantage!
How It Works
Instinct allows you to see entities through walls and dodge incoming attacks. When activated, you'll notice that entities are highlighted in different colors: red for enemies and bosses, white for unallied players, and green for allies. This gives you a tactical advantage by keeping you aware of your surroundings.
The ability to dodge attacks is dependent on your Instinct level, starting with two dodges at level 1 and increasing with experience. Each dodge recharge takes about 50 seconds, and the damage from bosses and players reduces your dodges more than regular enemies.
How to Obtain and Upgrade
To unlock Instinct, you must talk to the Instinct Teacher after reaching level 300, completing the Saber Puzzle, and paying 750,000 in-game currency. Once learned, you can switch it on with the [E] key or equivalent buttons on consoles and mobile.
Upgrading to Instinct V2 requires collecting 5000 Instinct EXP. Gain this experience by dodging attacks while Instinct is active. You can check your progress by visiting the Instinct Teacher in Upper Skylands.
Increasing Your Dodges
Increasing your dodges involves earning Instinct EXP through active use. Each successful dodge gives one EXP. To maximize dodge gains, combat lower-level enemies like bandits or monkeys, especially if you want to AFK farm experience efficiently.
Wearing specific accessories can boost your dodge count. Items like the Pale Scarf, Kitsune Mask, and Dojo Belt (Black) offer additional dodges.
Tips
Always keep an eye on your dodge count and recharge time to avoid getting caught off guard in battles.
Utilize server hopping and fight Shandas for efficient Instinct EXP farming, as they are located near the Instinct Teacher.
Tips
- Wear accessories that boost dodge count for maximum efficiency.
- Grind against lower-level enemies to safely gain Instinct EXP without risking defeat.
